Project details

Products Used: Drydens Oil Tint (Black & Teak), Resene Lustacryl, Sonyx & Woodsman and Paint Tech Roof System.
Restoration Overview:  Cleaned, preparation of (never) cedar boards & battens, painted roof & lower sections of building, stained fences and oiled decks.
Location:  Sunnynook

The work

Cleaning:

  • A full chemical clean was done first followed by a soft wash of roof, cedar boards & battens, soffits & fascias and lower half of house.

Painting:

  • Three coats of pain on roof, fascias & soffits and lower half of house.

Oiling & Staining:

  • Oiled all cedar down pipes.
  • Stained all fences, railings and decks.

The result

Turning an old run down house into a brand new home. Adding value, which resulted in the house being sold for a great price.
