Products Used: Resene Lustarcy Semi Gloss (Grey Friers), Resene Sonyx Semi Gloss (Black & White), Paint Tech Roof System (Grey Friers), Drydens Oil with Slate Tint and Sikkens Stain (Dark Oak).

The work
Roof:
- Full house software wash (water blast / chemical clean).
- Rust converter on tech screws.
- Zinc primer with 2 coasts of semi gloss.
Fascias:
- Stripped back and sanded, oil base undercoat, filled, bugged and gapped 2nd undercoat (quick dry).
- Light sand and dust 2 top coasts of onyx semi gloss on barge boards.
- Etching prime and 2 coasts of Lystacryl semi gloss on gutters and down pipes.
Cedar:
- Cleaned and oiled 2 coats on north facing sides.
- Stripped back, sanded with 3 coasts of Sikkens Cetol HSLe oil on front/external cupboard doors.
The result
A complete transformation from a tired looking old school house to a fresh modern looking home.
