Products Used: Dulux Weathershield Semi Gloss in Narroneck and Saint Claire. Drydens Hardwood and Decking Oil.
Restoration Overview: Repaint existing soffits and facias. Prepare and paint entry panelled soffits. Prepare and paint all new fascia boards, soffits, weatherboards, corning boxing and window/door boxing.
Location: Whenuapai
The work
- Sugar soap and sand all existing soffits and cedar fascia boards.
- Under coat and gap all soffits fascias throughout.
- Epoxy fill all nail hole, dents and large holes; apply second fill with contract fillers to all pre-primed weatherboards, box corners and window/door boxing.
- Prime undercoat throughout.
- Applied two coats of paint to all weatherboards with block sanding in between coats.
